My name is Tino Scarpa and I'll be your host this evening. In 1973, a Tennessee Williams town house on East 58th Street in Manhattan became the home of my first restaurant, Tino's. Tino's was the headquarters for classic Italian cooking and a thoroughly professional attitude that extended from the kitchen to the cleanup crew.
