Stages of Implementation
  • Define
    Functional, creative and technical requirements are defined in an investigative process that may include focus groups and surveys.
  • Design
    Business processes, GUIs, technology infrastructures, database structures, and application features are carefully designed by the various departments according to the defined requirements.
  • Develop
    Content, interfaces, applications, databases and technology infrastructures are developed by the various departments in a rigidly paced and sometimes multi-staged development schedule.
  • Test
    A process of testing, correcting and retro-testing of creative and technology is conducted. This process includes client participation and provides clients with an online QA tool to communicate with the development team and monitor the work.
  • Deploy
    User training and the final application deployment are followed by a final review and assessment of the implementation process.
